So I've been going back and forth with this weird transmission shudder on my F-150 for about a month now, and honestly I'm exhausted from all the runaround I've been getting from different workshops. One place told me I needed a full transmission rebuild which would cost a fortune, another said it's just a fluid issue and charged me for a flush that did absolutely nothing. I'm not mechanically inclined enough to argue with them, but I know when someone's trying to take advantage. What I really need is someone who actually understands Ford vehicles specifically, not just a general garage that works on everything and hopes for the best. I don't even mind paying a bit more if they actually get it right the first time, I just can't keep playing this guessing game with my car.
