The next two senior women's practices are Thursday Jan 17th at 8pm and Wednesday Jan 23th at 8pm both at College Louis Riel.
If you have even the remotest intention of trying out for the team be at these practices. Be early, be ready, and be focussed. There will be a brief meeting afterwards.
A few points:
It is not enough to say that you "want" to come out, you must be there.
The success (or failure) of the Senior Women's program is based on your participation.
I want to do this for at least three more years but if not enough players are interested (I want to take at least 12 to Regina and probably 14) then what do we do>
Everyone is welcome to come out. Skill level is only one criteria for making the team so please don't feel intimidated or assume that others are going take up the spots.
I hope to see many of you next week. Please RSVP at whattowear@mts.net so I may plan accordingly.
